🔒 Our Zero-Tolerance Policy

⛔ Absolutely Prohibited

Nabd has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child exploitation. Any user found violating this policy will be:

Immediately and permanently banned from the platform
Reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
Reported to relevant law enforcement authorities

👥 Age Restriction

Nabd is strictly for adults aged 18 years and older. We enforce this through:

Age verification during account registration
Date of birth requirements that prevent users under 18 from creating accounts
Immediate termination of accounts found to be operated by minors
Prohibition of any content depicting or suggesting minors

🔍 Detection & Prevention

Content Moderation

All user-uploaded content is subject to review and moderation
Automated systems flag potentially harmful content for human review
Trained moderators review flagged content promptly

User Reporting

Easy-to-use in-app reporting feature for all users
Reports of CSAM or child exploitation are given highest priority
24-48 hour response time for child safety reports

Proactive Measures

Regular platform audits for policy compliance
Cooperation with industry safety organizations
Ongoing staff training on child safety issues

How to Report Concerns

If you encounter any content or behavior that may involve child exploitation:

In-App: Use the Report button on any profile or message
Email: Send details to safety@ruwadex.com
Emergency: Contact local law enforcement immediately

What Happens After a Report

Immediate review by our Trust & Safety team
Content is preserved for law enforcement if needed
User account is suspended pending investigation
Reports filed with NCMEC and relevant authorities as required by law
